Description
BIO-PB Karyotyping Medium
Biological Industries’ BIO-PB™ Karyotyping Medium has been specifically designed for short-term cultivation of peripheral blood lymphocytes for chromosome analysis. BIO-PB Karyotyping Medium is based on RPMI medium supplemented with L-Glutamine, fetal calf serum (fetal bovine serum) and antibiotics (gentamicin). BIO-PB™ Karyotyping Medium is supplied frozen, and is ready-to-use after thawing and the supplementation of phytohemagglutinin M (PHA-M).
