Description
BIO-MARROW Medium
BIO-MARROW™ Medium has been designed for use in short-term cultivation of primary bone marrow cells for chromosome evaluation. The medium is based on RPMI 1640 basal medium supplemented with L-Glutamine, fetal calf serum (fetal bovine serum) and antibiotics (gentamicin). As a result, the addition of serum, L-Glutamine or antibiotics is not required. The medium doesn’t contain any mitogens or conditioned medium. BIO-MARROW Medium is supplied as frozen medium, and is ready for use after thawing.
