NutriStem hPSC Medium, Growth Factor-Free is a customised formulation of the complete NutriStem® hPSC XF Medium. There is no bFGF or TGFb present within the medium, making it perfectly suited to multiple experimental assays, such as reprogramming (including mRNA reprogramming), embryoid body (EB) formation, and various differentiation assays, where the presence of pluripotency growth factors can inhibit the anticipated assay outcome. Cells are able to adapt easily between hPSC Medium, Growth Factor-Free and complete NutriStem hPSC Medium.
